Ordering was simple for me. I found the jar I wanted without much trouble, and checkout didn’t take too long. The options was clear enough, and the site loaded fine on my end. I did have to go back a couple times to double-check some details, though, and the shipping info could be easier to find. Overall, not bad, just kind of average

I had a small issue with my order, but they handled it really well. They fixed it quickly, kept me in the loop the whole time, and didn’t make it a hassle. mistakes can happen, but the way a company responds says a lot. I really appreciated that they took responsibility and made it right.

"Pretty Site, Small Treasure Hunt"
The site is really nice to look at and easy enough to browse. I liked the clean labels and the overall style. It did take me a minute to track down a few details, because apparently I needed a mini scavenger hunt with my shopping, but overall the design is solid

I wasn’t very happy with my order. It just didn’t feel worth what I paid, and the whole thing left me kind of annoyed. I expected better after looking at the site, but it didn’t really match up. Probably won’t order from them again

"Nice Jar, Just Not Quite My Style"
I actually like the jar overall, and at first I thought it would fit right in with my kitchen, well, maybe not as much as I expected once I set it out. It’s still useful and feels nice enough, but looks-wise it’s just not totally perfect for my decor.

"Nice jars, but refilling is kinda a hassle"
The jars do look really nice on the counter, but the refill process is kinda annoying. I thought it would be quicker and less messy, but pouring the soap in took longer than I expected and I ended up spilling some. I also wish the refill packs were a little easier to store. It’s not terrible, just not quite as convenient as I was hoping.

"Really solid and looks GREAT by the sink"
I got my dispenser from The Polished Jar i’m really happy with it. The material feels super solid, definitely NOT cheap or flimsy, which was my main worry ordering online. It has a nice weight to it, the finish is smooth, and it doesn’t feel rough or plasticky at all. It looks really nice by the sink and just feels like a big upgrade from the random one I had before

"Easy exchange, but hoping for a little credit"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size dispenser and had to exchange it. The Polished Jar got back to me quickly and made the whole process easy, which I really appreciated. The replacement arrived in good condition and the return wasn’t a hassle at all. Overall, I’m happy with how it went, though I do feel like a small credit or something would be nice given the extra time and back-and-forth.

"Actually Looks Like It Belongs in My Bathroom"
I was surprised by how simple it was to choose the pump, label, and bottle style. The custom options made it feel more intentional and matched my bathroom instead of looking like something random someone just tossed together. Everything came out pretty much how I pictured it, which isn’t always what happens when you order customized stuff.

"Held Up Better Than I Expected"
I accidentally dropped it once, it still looks totally fine. No obvious damage or anything that worries me. In my opinion, it seems sturdy and I’m happy with it so far.

"Nice enough, but not really gift-ready"
I bought something from The Polished Jar thinking it would make a nice gift, and it was… fine. The item itself was okay, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the packaging just didn’t feel as special as I expected. For the price, I was hoping it would look a little nicer when opened, especially since it was meant to be a gift. I’d probably be okay ordering for myself, but I don’t think I’d choose it again if I needed something that feels properly gift-ready.

My order from The Polished Jar showed up exactly the way I chose it. The colors were right, the items matched my cart, and even the little details I was half-expecting to be off were all correct. Nothing missing, nothing swapped. It’s such a relief when you can open a package, check everything off in your head, and not have to send an email about a mistake.

"Clean, sharp labels that work"
Got my labels in and they look really clean. The print is sharp, no smudges or anything weird, and they stick well like you’d expect labels to. they turned out better than I thought they would for my jars.

"Nice products, but support was frustrating"
My first reaction was, “Really?” I had a simple question and customer service took longer than I expected to get back to me. When they finally did, the answer wasn’t all that helpful either. The products themselves look nice, so I don’t want to say the whole experience was awful, but the support part definitely left me annoyed. Not terrible, just not great

I had a smooth experience using the site. It was easy to find what I needed, the product pages loaded without any issues, and checkout felt straightforward, which I always appreciate because I don’t like feeling unsure when I’m buying something online. My only complaint is that I wish there were a few more filter options, since I had to click around more than I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right item. Overall though, it felt reliable and easy enough to use. I’d give it 4 stars
